The updated S 1000 RR features a host of detail changes that slightly increase horsepower and torque, and make the bike easier to ride with better feel and feedback. Additionally, the electronics package is updated with features from the HP4, including the addition of Dynamic Damping Control as an option. Peak horsepower is up from 193 (claimed) to 199, while peak torque rises slightly to 83 foot-pounds.

Automatic Stability Control is now included in the base model. Standard Package ($16,795) includes Gear Shift Assist Pro, heated grips, Dynamic Traction Control, Ride Modes Pro and cruise control. Premium Package ($18,695) includes DTC, Ride Modes Pro, cruise control, forged wheels, GSA Pro, Dynamic Damping Control and heated grips. BMW Motorsport graphics shown here add a $600 premium, Racing Red graphics add a $250 premium.

Another new model based on the four-cylinder S platform, the “adventure sport” S 1000 XR mixes touring qualities, sporting performance and comfort for everyday usability, and “serves up its own individual mix of sporting and touring flair.”

Standard Package ($17,295) includes GPS preparation, heated grips, cruise control and saddle bag mounts. Premium Package ($18,750) includes Dynamic ESA, GPS preparation, heated grips, center stand, luggage rack, cruise control, saddle bag mounts, DTC, GSA Pro, Ride Modes Pro and cruise control.

2015 BMW R 1200 RS – Basic – Lupin Blue Metallic / Light Grey Metallic

Both the R 1200 R and RS utilize the air/liquid cooled 1170cc DOHC boxer engine with all the latest updates seen on the GS and RT models, although an updated airbox and new exhaust help the R and RS to make slightly more power with a peak of 125 horsepower at 7,750 rpm and 92 foot-pounds of torque at 6,500 rpm. Both also feature a new chassis using a standard inverted front fork rather than BMW's trademark Telelever front end.

Standard Package ($16,150) includes GPS preparation, chrome exhaust, heated grips, cruise control and saddle bag mounts. Premium Package ($17,895) includes keyliss ride, GSA Pro, chrome exhaust, heated grips, tire pressure monitor, Dynamic ESA, On Board Computer Pro, GPS preparation, cruise control, center stand, luggage rack and saddle bag mounts. The Standard and Premium Packages are only available with the Lupin Blue/Light Grey Metallic paint, which is a $125 premium.

The R 1200 R naked roadster model is heavily updated with the company's latest flat-twin engine and standard front fork, along with all the updates of the RS model. Standard Package ($15,250) includes headlight pro, GPS preparation, chrome exhaust, heated grips, cruise control and saddle bag mounts. Premium Package ($16,995) includes keyless ride, headlight pro, GSA Pro, chrome exhaust, heated grips, tire pressure monitor, Dynamic ESA, On Board Computer Pro, GPS preparation, cruise control, center stand, luggage rack and saddle bag mounts. Light White graphics package add a $500 premium, Thunder Grey graphics add a $300 premium.

2015 BMW F 800 R Racing Blue Metallic Matt / Black Satin Gloss

The updated F 800 R has slightly more power, and changes to the chassis are intended to improve performance and comfort. The 798cc engine has been “retuned” to produce 90 horsepower at 8000 rpm, up from 87 horsepower; peak torque remains at 63 foot-pounds and internal ratios for first and second gears have been shortened to improve acceleration. The updated chassis now has an inverted fork with radial-mount front brakes, and revised ergos include a 10mm-lower seat, new handlebar and footpegs.

Racing Blue Metallic Matt/Light White and Racing Blue Metallic Matt/Black Satin Gloss graphics packages add a $100 premium.
