This new mid-size Monster utilizes the 821cc second-generation testastretta 11° V-twin engine first seen in the latest Hypermotard, pumping out a claimed 112 horsepower and 65.9 ft/lb of torque. The chassis looks to be the same integrated trellis frame structure that uses the engine as a load-bearing member first seen on the Monster 1200, along with the adjustable seat height. Ducati is claiming a 395.7-pound dry weight figure for the new Monster 821.

The Multistrada D|Air model wirelessly connects to Ducati Apparel airbag jackets manufactured by Dainese and marks a world's first in the motorcycle industry.The system uses sensors incorporated into the Multistrada 1200 S Touring model's electronics to analyze dynamic conditions, and deploys the rider's and passenger's airbags when an accident scenario is detected; just 45 milliseconds is required for the data analysis and airbag deployment.

As expected, the Multistrada now features Desmodromic Variable Timing (DVT). The updated Multistradas also feature the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) used in the Panigales; the IMU measures roll, pitch and yaw and allows the ABS system to be upgraded to include a cornering function.

The new Diavel features the latest Dual Spark version of the Testastretta 11-degree 1198cc engine, with upgrades similar to those found in the new Monster 1200 engine. The Diavel's styling has also undergone changes, with all-LED illumination and new bar-risers, radiator covers, seat and headlamp cover. The standard Diavel ($17,995) will be available in Dark Stealth, with a black frame and black wheels. The Carbon Diavel ($20,995), which features forged Marchesini wheels, will be available in red or white, both over matte carbon and with color-matched frames.

Ducati's new Scrambler model, available in four versions, harkens back to the iconic model produced in the '70s and is “a contemporary bike that expresses the pure essence of motorcycling.” The new bike has a “post-heritage design” that incorporates styling cues such as the steel teardrop tank and machine-finished aluminum covers for clutch, alternator and belt covers along with up-to-date technology such as front and rear LED lighting and an LCD instrument panel.
