Signore Rodorigo is at it again. More properly, he hasn’t ever stopped building his exotic hub-steered motorcycles on Italy’s Adriatic coast. Sadly, the supercharged version of the 987 C3 is no longer in production; you’ll have to make do with the normally aspirated C3, with only 185 horsepower. That 1198cc Ducati 8-valver weighs just 335 pounds dry according to Vyrus, and starts at 48,150 euros (987 C3 4V pictured above).

Cheapskates and/or purists might prefer the 1098cc air-cooled Ducati Twin housed in the 984 C3 2V, a few pounds lighter and a bargain at only 27,080 euros.

Then there’s the CBR600RR-powered 986 M2, maybe the most highly developed of the bikes designed by the men who built the original Bimota Tesi 1D of 1991. Weight: a feathery 320 pounds. Starting at 35,930 euros. More on it here: Vyrus 986 M2 Moto2 Racer.
